Itinerary

Day 1: Welcome to the land of magic

Welcome to the Land of magic, regardless of what time you arrive for your 9 days tour package in Egypt, our tour manager will meet and assist you at the Airport. Once all formalities are completed, you will be taken to check in at your Hotel in Cairo. Your tour manager will then assist you with a smooth check-in, rest after your long journey here because tomorrow, our adventure will begin.

Day 2: Cairo Day Tour (Giza Pyramids – Memphis - Saqqara)

Breakfast at the hotel, Start your private Cairo Tour to visit Memphis city the oldest capital in ancient Egypt, and Saqqara Step Pyramid "Zoser Pyramid" Lunch at a local restaurant (vegetarian food available on request), proceed to visit Giza's three Pyramids, continue visiting the Sphinx and the Valley Temple, at the end of your Cairo tour Drive back to your hotel in Cairo, at night optional to visit the Sound & light show at the Pyramids area, overnight in Cairo.

Day 3: Cairo Day Tour (Egyptian Museum – Salah El Din Citadel – Khan El Khalili)

Breakfast at the hotel, start your private Cairo tour to visit the Egyptian Museum located in El Tahrir Square, the museum holds thousands of precious monuments and artifacts including Tutankhamun's treasures of gold and jewelry, Next tour to Citadel of Salah El-Din, visit Mohamed Ali marvelous Mosque (The Alabaster Mosque) and Afterwards, Lunch at a local restaurant, Post lunch proceed to an amazing shopping experience in Khan El Khalili bazaar, finish your tour and back to the hotel for overnight.

Day 4: Cairo / Luxor (Nile Cruise Tour)

Breakfast at your hotel, transfer to Cairo international airport, fly to Luxor, arrive at Luxor airport, Meet & assist, transfer to Nile Cruise, check-in before Lunch, enjoy an excursion to visit the East Bank, Visit Karnak & Luxor Temples, Lunch on board your Nile Cruise and overnight.

Day 5: Luxor - Valley of the Kings - Hatshepsut Temple

Enjoy your breakfast on your Nile cruise and then continue sailing just like ancient Egyptians used to do and start visiting The Valley of Kings; The most magical burial site In Egypt that holds about 90 burial tombs of kings and Queens that we discovered now, Hatshepsut temple; a true masterpiece of the ancient Egyptian architecture that was built in the Eighth Dynasty, Colossi of Memnon; The two statues were carved out of one sandstone, features the king wearing the royal headdress of Nemes and protected by a divine Cobra, enjoy afternoon tea and dinner on board, Overnight and prepare yourself for tomorrow’s adventure.

Day 6: Edfu – Kom Ombo (Nile Cruise tour)

Breakfast on board, sail to Esna, then sail to Edfu, Visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu, sail to Kom Ombo and visit Kom Ombo Temple dedicated to God "Sobek" and Haroeris, Lunch on board, dinner & overnight on board your Nile cruise

Day 7: Aswan (Nile Cruise Tour)

Breakfast on board, free day of leisure in Aswan, Optional Tour to Abu Simbel temples, overnight in Nile Cruise

Day 8 Aswan – Cairo - The High Dam - Philae Temple

Enjoy your breakfast in the early morning and then you will be catching your flight in Aswan. Proceeding the check-in your Nile cruise, we will start our adventure for the day: First of all, we will visit the High dam which was built in the 1970s by president Gamal Abd El Nassar, and then we will head to Philae temple; a magical one on the River Nile that was dedicated to God Isis and Hathor. Finally, end your tour at Elephantine Island aboard a felucca in the river Nile. Return to your cruise overnight.

Day 9: Final Departure

Enjoy your breakfast here in Egypt for one last time and prepare yourself to be transferred to the airport to catch your flight back home. We miss you already, we hope that you had an amazing time and created unforgettable memories here in the Land of Magic. Till we meet again our friend!

PRICES
Tour price currency is set to USD but you can pay in Euro or British pound. The prices quoted per person per tour all-inclusive and prices are always updated to ensure you receive the best price possible. Prices valid until 31 December 2024, except during Christmas, New Year & Easter holidays.
CHILDREN POLICY
Child traveling with two accompanying adults will pay the following:

0 Years to 1.99 years of age: Free of charge.
2 years to 4.99 years of age: 50% from the full rate.
5 years to 11.99 years of age: 75% from the full rate
12+ pay full tour price as per adult person.
If your tour includes airfare then an extra charge for child rate may apply.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or email to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be canceled.

Cancellation All the Year Except Peak Time

Cancellation fees

25% of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 30 days before the date of the tour.

50% of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 21 days or less before the date of the tour.

100%-of total charge Cancellation fees are applied if you cancel your reservation 7 days or less before the date of the tour or in case of no no-show.

Domestic air tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-CHANGEABLE

DEPOSIT AND BALANCE OF PAYMENT
Reservation should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday.
Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt of a deposit of 60 % of the full price. This payment will be 70 % during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages including airfare.
The deposit counts as part of your final payment.
Deposit can be made by bank wire transfer sent via Western Union or paid using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
Payment should be received within 7 days of booking.

TIPPING Tipping for a job well done is customary in Egypt, though not required. Please feel welcome but not obliged to offer a tip to your guide.
TOUR VOUCHER After your trip is confirmed, we will email you the final confirmation as a voucher to print and bring it with you. Details will include contact numbers for your tour operator, customer care, and additional information for your convenience.
