Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Cairo - Welcome to Egypt

Welcome to the Land of magic, regardless of what time you arrive for your 9 days tour package in Egypt, our tour manager will meet and assist you at the Airport. Once all formalities are completed, you will be taken to check in at your Hotel in Cairo. Your tour manager will then assist you with a smooth check-in, rest after your long journey here because tomorrow, our adventure will begin.

Day 2: Giza tour- Egyptian museum

Start your day with an amazing breakfast at your hotel, and then head out to the Giza necropolis to visit; The Great Giza Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mycerinus. Then, proceed to the Great Sphinx, and finally the Valley Temple. Get on your air-conditioned bus and enjoy the streets of Cairo on your way to the Egyptian Museum in El Tahrir square, where you witness thousands that features the great ancient Egyptian civilization, including the Golden mask of Tutankhamen, that was discovered by Howard Carter in 1922. Afterwards, enjoy lunch and finally at night transfer to Giza train station for departure to Aswan by sleeper train, Dinner & Overnight in Sleeper train. * Meals included: Breakfast and Dinner.

Day 3: Aswan tour

Arrive safely at Aswan station and our representatives will accompanied your to your Nile cruise in Aswan, Check in and start visiting; the world-famous High Dam which was built in the 1970’s by President Gamal Abd El Nasser and then we will proceed to Philae temple, which was devoted to the two goddesses Isis and Hathor, and then visit the largest known ancient unfinished obelisk, located in the northern region of the stone quarries of ancient Egypt, and wasn’t completed because cracks appeared in the granite back then while constructing it. Finish your tour and back for dinner on board & overnight in Aswan.

Day 4: Aswan tour

After finishing your breakfast there is an optional tour if you would like to do at Abu Simble temples, but if you don’t want to, it’s totally fine. Just enjoy lunch while sailing to Kom Ombo and visit Kom Ombo Temple which is; a twin temple of the two gods, Sobek and Haerosis. After that sails to Edfu, and finally end your day with dinner served on board. *Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 5: Luxor tour

Enjoy your breakfast and then enjoy a short tour with your professional Egyptologist to El Karnak and Luxor temples, Lunch at a local restaurant and back to your Nile cruise for overnight. -Optional (Sound & light show at Luxor temple)

Day 6: Luxor tours

Enjoy your breakfast in your Nile cruise and then continue sailing just like ancient Egyptians used to do and start visiting The Valley of Kings; The most magical burial site In Egypt that hold about 90 burial tombs of kings and Queens that we discovered until now, Hatshepsut temple; a true masterpiece of the ancient Egyptian architecture that was built in the Eighth dynasty, Colossi of Memnon; The two statues were carved out of one sandstone, features the king wearing the royal headdress of Nemes and protected by a divine Cobra, after that lunch and meet our representatives, they will take you to Luxor station to catch your sleeper train to Cairo. Dinner and overnight in the sleeper train *Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 7: Cairo Arrive Giza train station,

Meet & assist, and transfer to your hotel optional tours to enjoy the Sound & light show at the Pyramids area, overnight in Cairo.

Day 8: Alexandria day tour

Breakfast at hotel, drive by air-conditioned vehicle to Alexandria, start your Alexandria day tour to visit Quitbay Citadel, Catacomb of Kom El Shokafa, Pompey’s Pillar, Alexandria Library, enjoy Lunch at local restaurant (Vegetarian food can be offered on request), at the end of your tour, drive back to your hotel in Cairo, overnight in Cairo.

Day 9: Final departure

Enjoy your breakfast here in Egypt for one last time and prepare yourself to be transferred to the airport to catch your flight back home. Tour price currency is set to USD but you can pay in Euro or British pound. The prices quoted per person per tour all-inclusive and prices are always updated to ensure you receive the best price possible. Prices valid until 31 December 2024, except during Christmas, New Year & Easter holidays.
CHILDREN POLICY
Child traveling with two accompanying adults will pay the following:

0 Years to 1.99 years of age: Free of charge.
2 years to 4.99 years of age: 50% from the full rate.
5 years to 11.99 years of age: 75% from the full rate
12+ pay full tour price as per adult person.
If your tour includes airfare then an extra charge for child rate may apply.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or email to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be canceled.

Cancellation All the Year Except Peak Time

Cancellation fees

25% of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 30 days before the date of the tour.

50% of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 21 days or less before the date of the tour.

100%-of total charge Cancellation fees are applied if you cancel your reservation 7 days or less before the date of the tour or in case of no no-show.

Domestic air tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-CHANGEABLE

DEPOSIT AND BALANCE OF PAYMENT
Reservation should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday.
Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt of a deposit of 60 % of the full price. This payment will be 70 % during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages including airfare.
The deposit counts as part of your final payment.
Deposit can be made by bank wire transfer sent via Western Union or paid using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
Payment should be received within 7 days of booking.

TIPPING Tipping for a job well done is customary in Egypt, though not required. Please feel welcome but not obliged to offer a tip to your guide.
TOUR VOUCHER After your trip is confirmed, we will email you the final confirmation as a voucher to print and bring it with you. Details will include contact numbers for your tour operator, customer care, and additional information for your convenience.
