Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Cairo International Airport

Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport for your luxury Nile cruise and stay in Egypt, you’ll be met by our company representative who will then accompany you to the 5-Star Hotel in Cairo, where you will be spending your first night in the country. Your tour manager will be happy to assist you with check in formalities, and then he’ll want to go over your itinerary with to confirm pick up times and etc. After all the serious business has been taken care of you’ll be offered a free “Welcome” drink and then you’ll be left in peace. Relax and be ready to have such a good time with us.

Day 2: Pyramids of Giza and Egyptian Museum

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel, after which you’ll be met by your own personal tour guide. Your guide will accompany you to the Great Pyramids of Giza (one of the seven wonders of the ancient world), and will be more than happy to answer any questions you have concerning the pyramids, or the tour in general. After you finish your pyramid tour , lunch will be provided at a local restaurant. After lunch, you’ll be taken to the infamous Egyptian Museum and the Treasures room of King Tutankhamen. With ample time left, your guide will then transfer you to Coptic Cairo so that you can explore the Hanging Church and also the Ben Ezra Synagogue. To round of your first day, you’ll be taken to the El Khalili Bazaar which dates back to 1382. Here you can simply stroll around taking in the sites, or you can enjoy a very unique shopping experience. Meals Included: Breakfast and Lunch

Day 3: Alamein and Siwa

the third day of your Luxury Nile Cruise and Stay holiday. Wake up and enjoy a delicious breakfast at your hotel while you wait for your representative to pick you up at around 07h00. The representative will then transport you to Alamein, which typically takes about three hours to reach. Once you arrive you’ll have the opportunity to visit the WW II Museum; the Common Wealth Cemetery, and the site of the Great Battle which took place there during the last World War. You’ll will then head off to the stunningly breathtaking Bay of Marsa Matrouh situated on the Mediterranean coastline, and then on to Siwa where you’ll spend the night at the 4-Star Ghaliet Ecolodge and Spa. Meals Included: Breakfast + Dinner

Day 4: Sightseeing in Siwa

Enjoy your complimentary breakfast, and then it’s time to explore the Old City of Siwa, before moving on to( Aghurmi)Village to see the Alexander Temple that’s dedicated to a 26th Dynasty God, Amon. Other temples will include the famous Um Ubeyda temple, prior to your transfer to Cleopatra Spring,you'll have a great time. After spending some time at Cleopatra Spring, your guide will take you to see the Siwa House Museum, and then it’s on to the Mountain of the Dead to explore several interesting tombs. Later in the afternoon, after seeing the Dakrour Mountains, the tour representative will take you to enjoy a fabulous sunset at Fitnas Island, before finally returning to your hotel to chill and prepare for the next day.\ Meals Included: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner

Day 5: Transfer to Bahariya

After breakfast at your hotel, a company representative will transfer you to Bahariya in a 4×4 vehicle. This journey generally takes around six hours, including a stop for lunch. Once you reach the International Hotsprings Hotel where you will be spending the night, you’ll have plenty of time to relax after the long journey, and enjoy a really fine dinner too. Day 6 Bahariya Oasis

After you’ve enjoyed breakfast at your hotel, you’ll be taken on a local tour to see the English House which is a local hill top ruin. You will then be transferred to the following sites: Museum of the Golden Mummies, Tombs of Nobles, Alexander Temple, and Temple of Ain Meffetla Lunch will be provided in Bahariya before you make your way to the White Desert. On the way there, the route will pass through the Black Desert and also through the Valley of El Haize. You’ll also make a stop so that you can see the spectacular quartz crystal for which Crystal Mountain is famous for. Finally, enjoy an amazing evening dinner while camping at a campsite in the desert. Meals Included: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner

Day 7: Farafra and overnight in Dakhla

Day 7 starts with a drive to see the Bir Setah hot springs and a unique mud brick art museum, both located in the Farafra Oasis. After this, you will be transferred to Dakhla, with the journey usually taking around 3 hours. Once you arrive at your destination, you’ll be taken to see an ancient Roman Temple as well as an historical Roman burial ground. After spending some time here, your guide will take you to explore a few Islamic villages which are home to many old ruins, and then finally to the fantastic Desert Lodge Hotel where you will be spending the night. Day 8: Kharga Oasis and Qasr El Labkha

Ancient Roman fortress known as Qasr El Labkha. This is followed by a visit to: Roman Temple of Hibis and Nadora, The Christian cemetery, and Temple of Dush (dedicated to Isis). Accommodation will be a night of camping at a campsite. Meals Included: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner

Day 9: Arrival in Luxor

Once you’ve finished enjoying your breakfast, you’ll be transferred to Luxor. Since the journey takes roughly 6 hours, no other activities are scheduled, thereby giving you ample time to relax at your Hotel. Meals Included: Breakfast

Day 10: Cruising the Nile

After a pleasant hotel breakfast, you’ll be taken so you can check-in for your luxury Nile cruise and stay on board a 5-Star cruise ship, you'll spend unforgettable experience and amazing moments. After lunch you’ll get to visit a few impressive sites, including the Luxor Temple and the Karnak Temples. Dinner will be served on-board, where you will also get to spend the night. Day 11: Cruise to Edfu

Wake up and enjoy an on-board breakfast, followed by an excursion the Valley of the Kings, home to 62 Pharaoh tombs. This excursion also includes the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. After a few other sites, and after a pleasant lunch, you will set sail towards Edfu. Once again, you’ll have dinner and overnight on board. Meals Included: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner

Day 12: Edfu to Kom Ombo and on to Aswan

After a good on board breakfast, you’ll be taken to visit a Ptolemaic Temple ,which was dedicated to God Horus, before sailing to Kom Ombo to see the Temple of Sobek. The Temple of Sobek is a famous temple dedicated to the crocodile god. Lunch will be served on board as you begin sailing to Aswan. Dinner will again be served on board, and another night will be spent on the waters of the Nile. Meals Included: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner

Day 13: Sightseeing in Aswan

On board breakfast will be served, followed by a day packed full of interesting sites in and around Aswan. As night time draws close, you’ll be returned to the boat where you’ll be served supper, after which you can relax while you stare at the starry sky, or simply retire to your bed for the night. Day 14: Back to Cairo

After you’ve finished enjoying your breakfast, a representative will transfer you to Aswan Airport where you’ll board a flight back to Cairo. Once you arrive in Cairo, you’ll once again be met and taken to the Mercure Hotel where you’ll spend the night. Meals Included: Breakfast

Day 15: Depart from Cairo

The day you have been dreading has finally dawned, and it is time for you to bid the pharaohs farewell. Enjoy a good breakfast at your hotel, and then we’ll take to the airport for your flight back home. Tour price currency is set to USD but you can pay in Euro or British pound. The prices quoted per person per tour all-inclusive and prices are always updated to ensure you receive the best price possible. Prices valid until 31 December 2025, except during Christmas, New Year & Easter holidays.
CHILDREN POLICY
Child traveling with two accompanying adults will pay the following:

0 Years to 1.99 years of age: Free of charge.
2 years to 4.99 years of age: 50% from the full rate.
5 years to 11.99 years of age: 75% from the full rate
12+ pay full tour price as per adult person.
If your tour includes airfare then an extra charge for child rate may apply.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or email to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be canceled.

Cancellation All the Year Except Peak Time

Cancellation fees

25% of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 30 days before the date of the tour.

50% of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 21 days or less before the date of the tour.

100%-of total charge Cancellation fees are applied if you cancel your reservation 7 days or less before the date of the tour or in case of no no-show.

Domestic air tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-CHANGEABLE

DEPOSIT AND BALANCE OF PAYMENT
Reservation should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday.
Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt of a deposit of 60 % of the full price. This payment will be 70 % during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages including airfare.
The deposit counts as part of your final payment.
Deposit can be made by bank wire transfer sent via Western Union or paid using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
Payment should be received within 7 days of booking.

TIPPING Tipping for a job well done is customary in Egypt, though not required. Please feel welcome but not obliged to offer a tip to your guide.
TOUR VOUCHER After your trip is confirmed, we will email you the final confirmation as a voucher to print and bring it with you. Details will include contact numbers for your tour operator, customer care, and additional information for your convenience.
