Itinerary

Day 1. Arrival in Cairo, Welcome to the Land of Magic

One of our representatives will meet you upon your arrival at Cairo Airport and will assist you to finish all of your paper transactions. Then you will be taken to check in your 5*hotel in an Air-Conditioned Vehicle. In the evening, you are going to start your splendid tour by a cruise which to get a look at the stunning Cairo while enjoying your delicious meal. Then you will be transferred back to your 5*hotel for overnight.

Day 2. Giza Pyramids & The Egyptian museum

Enjoy your Breakfast in the morning and start your day witnessing the beauty of the only lasting wonder of the ancient world; The three pyramids of Giza ( Khufo, Chephren and Menkaure) with the great Sphinx that lying on the east west of this complex.Then head to the Egyptian museum in El Tahrir square that is considered one of the most famous historical museum in the world, carrying hundreds of masterpieces and artifacts featuring Pharonic, Islamic, Coptic eras that was in Egypt. Lunch and after that you ll be taken to Cairo Airport to have fly to Aswan. After arrival,your tour guide will join you and prepare your check in at your 5*hotel in Luxor.

Day 3. Abu Simbel Temples

Breakfast and then head to visit the most historical and archaeological site in Egypt; Abu simbel temples; The temple building process started in the era of Ramesses the second in 1264 BC and finished in 1244 BC during his region. It was known as the " Temple of Ramesses , beloved of God Amun". Abu simbel is made up of 2 temples; the massive one is for Ramesses sun festival that occurs in 22 February and October each year and what is legendary about this is that every year the sun shines on his face. The second temple was for the love of his life, Queen Nefertari. Finally have lunch then transfer to luxor by 1st class train for Overnight in the hotel there.

Day 4. Luxor attractions

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then to continue your unforgettable 4 days by exploring Luxor tourist attractions with your private tour guide. Visit the Valley of the kings, Hatshepeut temple, Colossi of Menmon then have lunch and continue to El Karnak Temple.After that head to Cairo Airport back to Cairo for overnight.

Day 5. Final departure

Breakfast and then transfer to the airport for departure.

PRICES
Tour price currency is set to USD but you can pay in Euro or British pound. The prices quoted per person per tour all-inclusive and prices are always updated to ensure you receive the best price possible. Prices valid until 31 December 2024, except during Christmas, New Year & Easter holidays.
CHILDREN POLICY
Child traveling with two accompanying adults will pay the following:

0 Years to 1.99 years of age: Free of charge.
2 years to 4.99 years of age: 50% from the full rate.
5 years to 11.99 years of age: 75% from the full rate
12+ pay full tour price as per adult person.
If your tour includes airfare then an extra charge for child rate may apply.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or email to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be canceled.

Cancellation All the Year Except Peak Time

Cancellation fees

25% of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 30 days before the date of the tour.

50% of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 21 days or less before the date of the tour.

100%-of total charge Cancellation fees are applied if you cancel your reservation 7 days or less before the date of the tour or in case of no no-show.

Domestic air tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-CHANGEABLE

DEPOSIT AND BALANCE OF PAYMENT
Reservation should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday.
Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt of a deposit of 60 % of the full price. This payment will be 70 % during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages including airfare.
The deposit counts as part of your final payment.
Deposit can be made by bank wire transfer sent via Western Union or paid using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
Payment should be received within 7 days of booking.

TIPPING Tipping for a job well done is customary in Egypt, though not required. Please feel welcome but not obliged to offer a tip to your guide.
TOUR VOUCHER After your trip is confirmed, we will email you the final confirmation as a voucher to print and bring it with you. Details will include contact numbers for your tour operator, customer care, and additional information for your convenience.
