Itinerary

Day 1. Arrival in Cairo, Welcome to the Land of Magic

Our tour manager will meet you at Cairo International Airport. He 'll help you to finish needed procedures at the airport. Then s/he will accompany you to the hotel by a private luxury air-conditioned car. Arriving at the hotel our tour manager will smoothly take care of all your check in procedures in the hotel. Relax for the night and prepare for unforgettable adventure starting from tomorrow. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 2. Giza Pyramids & The Egyptian museum

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel, after which you’ll be met by your own personal tour guide. Your guide will accompany you to the Great Pyramids of Giza (one of the seven wonders of the ancient world), and will be more than happy to answer any questions you have concerning the pyramids, or the tour in general. After you finish your pyramid tour , lunch will be provided at a local restaurant. Then head to the Egyptian museum to witness the world most mind-blowing civilization. Finish you tour and check out from you hotel to be transferred to Aswan and check in another 4* hotel there by our representatives. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 3. Abu Simbel Temples

Breakfast and check out from the hotel to meet your professional Tour guide to visit Abu Simbel Temples; These formidable rock carved temples are a gift left behind by Ramesses the Great, and they are often said to be the face of Ancient Egypt. Then transfer to have a very delicious lunch in a restaurant with a view. After that move to catch your train to Luxor. Check in a 4* hotel for overnight in Luxor.

Day 4. Luxor attractions

Breakfast and check out, then prepare yourself to meet your tour guide to Visit Luxor attractions; visit the astonishing Valley of the Kings, as well as the majestic Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at El Deir El Bahari. You will also visit the Colossi of Memnon and Finally the Karnak Temple. Finish all your visits then fly back to Cairo for overnight.

Day 5. Final departure

Breakfast and then transfer to the airport for departure.

PRICES
Tour price currency is set to USD but you can pay in Euro or British pound. The prices quoted per person per tour all-inclusive and prices are always updated to ensure you receive the best price possible. Prices valid until 31 December 2024, except during Christmas, New Year & Easter holidays.
CHILDREN POLICY
Child traveling with two accompanying adults will pay the following:

0 Years to 1.99 years of age: Free of charge.
2 years to 4.99 years of age: 50% from the full rate.
5 years to 11.99 years of age: 75% from the full rate
12+ pay full tour price as per adult person.
If your tour includes airfare then an extra charge for child rate may apply.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or email to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be canceled.

Cancellation All the Year Except Peak Time

Cancellation fees

25% of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 30 days before the date of the tour.

50% of total charge Cancellation fees applied if you cancel your reservation 21 days or less before the date of the tour.

100%-of total charge Cancellation fees are applied if you cancel your reservation 7 days or less before the date of the tour or in case of no no-show.

Domestic air tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-CHANGEABLE

DEPOSIT AND BALANCE OF PAYMENT
Reservation should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday.
Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt of a deposit of 60 % of the full price. This payment will be 70 % during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages including airfare.
The deposit counts as part of your final payment.
Deposit can be made by bank wire transfer sent via Western Union or paid using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
Payment should be received within 7 days of booking.

TIPPING Tipping for a job well done is customary in Egypt, though not required. Please feel welcome but not obliged to offer a tip to your guide.
TOUR VOUCHER After your trip is confirmed, we will email you the final confirmation as a voucher to print and bring it with you. Details will include contact numbers for your tour operator, customer care, and additional information for your convenience.
